Founder of Bobo Capital Ventures, LLC
Keith Borie is the founder of Bobo Capital Ventures, an investment firm focused on identifying emerging opportunities at the intersection of real estate, power infrastructure, and digital development.
Keith began his investment career acquiring and repositioning small multifamily and mobile home park communities. Through those early projects he developed a disciplined approach to value-driven acquisitions and investor alignment.
Over the past several years, Keith has expanded his focus into the rapidly growing digital infrastructure sector.
More than a year ago, Keith accepted the role of Vice President of Development for a technology company focused on data center development and digital infrastructure.
In that role he has worked directly on projects involving:
- Data center site development
- Utility interconnection planning
- Infrastructure investment structuring
- Technology-driven real estate development
Through this work Keith gained firsthand insight into one of the largest bottlenecks in the technology economy — the limited availability of power-ready development sites for data centers.
