Keith Borie

Fund Manager – Managing GP

Keith Borie brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, investment, and business leadership to his current role as Fund Manager of Slipstream AI Infrastructure funds. He studied Architecture and Civil Engineering at Texas Tech University before earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. He subsequently graduated at the top of his class from Rice University’s Executive Education Program in Real Estate Investment and Development, further deepening his expertise in large-scale projects and complex deal structures.

Mr. Borie has built a distinguished career spanning institutional-grade real estate acquisitions, private capital deployment, and infrastructure development. In 2020, he founded Bobo Capital Ventures, a private investment firm focused on the acquisition and repositioning of cash-flowing commercial assets, with an emphasis on value creation and net operating income growth. His investment thesis has since evolved to encompass the convergence of real estate, power infrastructure, and digital development — a sector he identified early as representing one of the most significant capital deployment opportunities in the current economic cycle.

Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Borie held a 13-year tenure with a Fortune 500 corporation, where he advanced to Director of Sales, overseeing a team of more than 40 associates and 11 sales managers. This institutional experience reinforced the operational discipline and capital stewardship principles that continue to define his investment approach.

Jaden George

Capital Advisor & Analyst

Jaden George is a real estate capital advisor and analyst focused on commercial real estate and data center development. He has underwritten several billion dollars of prospective acquisitions across multifamily, office, and data center assets for syndication firms, private equity sponsors, and brokerage platforms, with work directly supporting more than $100M of deal capitalization. He builds proprietary financial models for institutional clients across syndication, acquisitions, brokerage, and investment banking.

Earlier in his career, Jaden worked with an Atlanta-based family office to launch its multifamily acquisitions program, working alongside principals to develop the firm’s investment thesis, acquisition workflows, and asset database.

Jaden is Managing Partner of HorizonTen Properties, a Tennessee-based real estate investment platform he founded in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Business Management from Tennessee Technological University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
